"These two classes are combined because the final project is shared among the classes. Design drawing 3 is a class that initially starts out with the teaching of 3ds Max. This rendering program helps the student continue to focus on orthographic drawings - particularly perspectives. The basics were learned, as well as lighting techniques, how to apply materials, and finally rendering out the image. Photoshop was briefly incorporated when learning how to apply a style to a rendering. Studio 3 is a class that focuses on continuing to develop different design aesthetics, gathering ideas from inspiration images, and learning how to make symbols and furniture schedules in autocad."
